Membership terms
Automatic renewal
A membership renews automatically until you cancel: monthly plans every month, quarterly plans every three months, and yearly plans every year. Each renewal charges your plan's price to your saved payment method. Cancel any time from your account with Manage subscription. Canceling stops the next renewal; your membership stays active through the end of the period you have already paid for.
Prices can differ between visitors
We test prices, so two visitors can be shown different prices for the same membership or pass. We remember the prices we showed you on this device, and on your account once you sign in. Checkout charges the price you were shown.
The price-test cookie
To remember your prices, we set a cookie named cltb_vid. It holds a random ID and nothing else: no name, no email. It lasts about a year. We use it to show you the same prices on each visit and to count, by price, how many visitors see each price and buy. When you sign in, we save the ID to your account. When you check out, the ID and your price group are sent with your order to Stripe, our payment processor.

Organization — Free covers claiming your listing and editing basic fields. Club Premium ($49/mo) and Club Pro ($99/mo) unlock trust tools — AI copy, premium listing fields, disclosure editing, and org certifications. One subscription per claimed organization.

- Pass vs membership?
- The pass protects one tryout window. A membership is for families who want ongoing access every season.
- Do paid clubs rank higher in search?
- No. We do not sell placement in directory rankings.
- Why pay if claiming is free?
- Free claim covers your basic listing. Paid plans unlock transparency tools, premium fields, AI copy, and certifications — what parents use when they shortlist clubs.
- Do I pay per organization?
- Yes. Each claimed organization has its own subscription. If you manage two clubs, you purchase two org plans.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes. Manage billing from your account via the Stripe customer portal after your first purchase.
