About
On Deck Baseball Academy is a youth travel baseball organization based in Charlotte, NC (8220 England Street, 28273), fielding teams under the On Deck O's banner. It has fielded Charlotte-area travel teams since 2000 and operates an affiliated nonprofit, BSDA (All Hands On Deck). The program serves roughly 10U through 17U age groups and states that over 600 of its baseball and softball players have gone on to collegiate play.
